This Postpartum herbal blend is a herbal sitz bath that has been used by East African women for generations to provide soothing relief to the perineum and aching muscles after childbirth while nurturing the skin's natural healing process. The bath can also be used for tightening of the pelvic floor muscles or vagina.

Hosludia opposita Vernonia grantii Gotu kola Bidens pilosa
Benefits: Relieves pain, Reduces swelling, Improves healing, Prevents infection, cleanses perineum, Tightens vagina, Reduces body aches, and relieves body weakness.
Note before use: boil a small amount of the herbs and apply a small amount of the boiled contents to your forearm and leave for 24 hours. Check for irritation and allergies before use.
